The Masset Industrial Park
The Masset Industrial Park is located 2 kms east of Masset along Tow Hill Road. These lots are approximately 95 meters long by 44 meters wide and are zoned M2 - Heavy Industrial. While the lots are presently logged with 1 ft. stumps remaining, the Village of Masset would discuss further options for lot preparations with prospective purchasers. These lots have full access to the Village of Masset water supply and 600 volt - three phase power.
PURCHASE OPTIONS
Option 1 List price of $15,000 (plus GST) $3050 non-refundable down payment (includes $2,000 deposit plus the GST of $1050 on the list price) $8,000 balance is due within 30 days Village of Masset Carries $5,000 mortgage on the property for two years. After the two year period the $5,000 balance is forgiven if there is a bona-fide business in operation on the lot. If there is no business in operation, the $5,000 balance becomes due.
Option 2 List price of $15,000 (plus GST) $3050 non-refundable down payment (includes $2,000 deposit plus the GST of $1050 on the list price) $8,000 balance is financed by the Village of Masset at 6% simple interest over 12 months Total amount of $8480 repaid over 12 monthly payments of $710.00 Village of Masset Carries $5,000 mortgage on the property for one year. After the one year period the $5,000 balance is forgiven if there is a bona-fide business in operation on the lot. If there is no business in operation, the $5,000 balance becomes due.
Option 3 List price of $15,000 (plus GST) $3050 non-refundable down payment (includes $2,000 deposit plus the GST of $1050 on the list price) Remaining $8,000 is financed by the Village of Masset at 8% simple interest over 36 months Total amount of $8640 repaid over 36 monthly payments of $240.00 Village of Masset Carries $5,000 mortgage on the property for one year. After the one-year period the $5,000 balance is forgiven if there is a bona-fide business in operation on the lot. If there is no business in operation, the $5,000 balance becomes due.
